- At ODOS, we are guided by the Swedish Discrimination Act (2008:567) in our social responsibility policy. We believe that non- discrimination is essential for both democracy and peace. Our goal is to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture, where everyone is seen as an individual, and our activities reflect this conviction.
